Trustable is a fast-growing startup specializing in cyber risk assessment.
Its mission: to contribute to the security and, therefore, the sustainability of the digital ecosystem, a cornerstone of our society. To achieve this, the teams have developed a SaaS platform dedicated to helping companies manage their cyber risk by digitizing and centralizing the processes related to this critical challenge.
Currently in a significant growth phase (fundraising), Trustable is expanding its team and opening a Tech Lead position, based in Paris.
Reporting to Ghazi Maatoug, CTO, you will oversee the successful development of our platform projects.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Strengthening and managing the development team
- Contributing to the product roadmap in alignment with Trustable's business objectives
- Ensuring a modular and scalable software and data architecture that supports all platform use cases
Who we are looking for
Ideal candidate
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies, and programming languages especially in Python and Javascript.
- Previously worked as a full stack or Backend engineer with knowledge in frontend (Current Stack FastAPI, Django, Angular ; postgreSQL)
- Demonstrated leadership in managing technology projects and a team of developpers
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mastering software best practices (Coding Style, CI-CD, memory and computation optimisation)
Nice to have
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, including container orchestration technology (GCP or AWS and kubernetes)
- Experience in cybersecurity and AI field.
